1st XV Rugby - Ardingly vs Emmanuel

It was another step up for the Ardingly 1st XV against a well drilled Emmanuel School (London). The boys produced a great display in defence to hold the hosts to a 10 - 5 scoreline but unfortunately weren't able to hold them out resulting in a final scoreline of 39 - 5. A try to Mertens boy Tom Tweedie Smith was the only first half highlight for the men in blue and gold but it will prove to be another valuable lesson for the boys and they will only improve.
