Gardening at Sunnydown School - Sunday trip

For the second time this year, Mertens and Hilton boys got together to travel to Sunnydown School for a day of gardening. With Sunnydown School in the process of reinvigorating their grounds it gave us an amazing chance to help out. Amongst a flurry of wheelbarrows and rakes, shovels and picks, Ardingly boys played their part in what is a huge project and one that we will be involved in again, for certain! Well done to Aaron, Tireni, Justus, Raul, Ollie H, David, Tom TS and Horace for their efforts and all the Hilton boys who joined us also. Final thanks must go to Sunnydown School for being amazing hosts; with endless bacon sandwiches, a delicious lunch and a first class game of football to finish the day!!
